All embroidery files in the store have been extensively tested by me and my embroidery fairies and are error-free. However, should you encounter any problems, please contact me.
I recommend using 3 layers of washable stabilizer for FSL (free standing lace).
Please DO NOT use foil.
The speed of the embroidery machine should always be drastically reduced.
Always use the smallest possible hoop to ensure good tension of the stabilizer
I recommend using a 90 topstitch needle and embroidering at a moderate speed. It is also an advantage NOT to embroider several elements in one large hoop, but always individually in the smallest possible hoop.
TIP: Do not throw away any scraps of stabilizer. Place strips left over from other lace work between 2 layers so that you have 3 layers. This saves money and material.
 
After embroidering, rinse the stabilizer under lukewarm running water and lay your pieces flat to dry. Under no circumstances should you stretch or pull your embroidery pieces when they are wet. Once they are dry, you are welcome to iron them under a tea towel with steam.
